Little A’s Monster Inc Party – Favor bags

Favor treats are always fun!

It makes me happy to give someone a cute little package that is handmade.

Over the years of doing kids party I learned that favor bags is something we must really be careful of giving away to the kids. Some of the parents kasi doesn’t want candies or chocolates, some parents naman are very particular with the school supplies inside the bags. There are school supplies kasi na sobrang di naman useful with the kids. So this year instead of putting kung ano-ano lang I tried to make it personalized.

So what’s inside the loot bags:

For boys – customized bubbles, washable pens from IKEA, alphabet mug from Red Tag, Monster University Book labels from Hyperpanda and lastly personalized Monster University bag tags from Iprints.ph

For Girls – customized bubbles, wooden fashion dolls with color pens from Gift Market, Monster University Book Labels from Hyperpanda and Personalized bag tags from Iprints.ph

For babies – feeding utensils from Babyshop and personalized bag tags from Iprints.ph.

I am really excited to share with you this cute DIY project!

One of my favorite parts about getting ready for a party, is brainstorming ways to come up with simple DIY projects like this cute monster loot bags. It was an easy, fast and affordable way to make our cute loot bags stand out!
They look so adorable and it was the perfect addition to our  Monster Inc. party!
The best part is that you probably  don’t have to spend fortune for this project.

Little A’s Monster Inc. Party – The Cake

This year when I asked little A what kind of party he would like to celebrate his 4th birthday, his choice was simply ‘Monster Inc’ inspired by his love of monster characters.
I googled some inspirations from pinterest and sent the artwork to Leila. In case you didn’t know she also created little A’s Dr. Suess cake.
This year I asked her to make a simple cake but of course the talented Leila execute more than I expected at a very affordable price.

The main table was not only gorgeous to look but full of yummy dessert.

Little A’s Monster Inc. Party – Dessert Table

As you know little A is a huge fan of the two lovable monsters, Sully and Mike so I created him Monster Inc. party for his 4th birthday.

But, its challenging to find Monsters Inc /University party supplies especially here in UAE.
I knew I would like to have a cute party set-up so I need to come up with some ideas.
If you’re looking for a way to celebrate your “Little Monster’s” big day,
here are some fun ways you can decorate and host your own party.

Dare to scream by this lively and bright Monster’s Party.

Dessert Table:

Onto the Dessert Table which lets face it, is everyone’s favorite part of the party, right?

For the dessert table I used coordinating blue and mint green crepe paper streamers for the backdrop, as well as the banner made by Ninang Aemi. I also thought a few treats would suffice for the guests, and kept it extra sweet with ube cake and cheesecake made by Ate Cecille. To give my table a cohesive look, cupcakes with monster characters as toppers were part of the buffet.
