My sweet loving daughter..
It’s hard to believe a whole year ago I went into labor with you. When I think of that night – when all the medical staff were trying their best to control my blood pressure to lower down and your daddy was beside me holding my hand and praying for our safety. It wasn’t easy delivery a lot of painful contractions, pushing for just a few short minutes… then you, your warm, beautiful little body on my chest. Some of the happiest moments of my life.
Last night, as I rocked you to sleep my mind flooded with memories of the last year. The hundreds of times I have rocked you, sang ‘You are my Sunshine’, slept beside you so I can nurse you all through the night, the hours I spent widely awake with a broken heart listening to you cry because of sickness, the thousands of diaper changes, the snuggles, the kisses… and my most favorite, that smile. Oh, #princess isabelle… your smile. You have the most radiant smile I have ever seen. It’s genuine, and I can’t help but smile, too, when you flash those big eyes. This year has been filled with a profound amount of love because of you. I completely underestimated how overwhelming it would be to love a daughter like I love you.
#princessisabelle I am so unbelievably proud to be your mom. I’m proud of you, proud of your smile, your sweet soul, and your sense of humor. You truly bring so much joy to my life and to our family.
I love you so much!
Oh i missed this shot!😛
You are the most beautiful baby girl even if you are crying! I love you #princessisabelle.
Dear Princess Isabelle… You’re 5 months old!
My sweet, smiley, squishy little girl . . . I simply can’t believe it. You are changing so much every day, giggling lots, always full of smiles and very laid back. You love watching your surroundings, especially your brother, and being held & snuggled.
This month you have really discovered how funny it is seeing yourself in the mirror. It cracks me up when we are playing and hearing your laughters. Your neck muscles have really strengthened and you like to be on your tummy, especially when you are sleeping.
You are putting everything in your mouth. Toys, blankets, anything you can grab and especially your fingers. It seems to soothe you when you can stick those tiny fingers in your mouth and suck on them that’s why I bought Sophie to minimize eating your fingers.
You have gotten really good at purposely grabbing toys and items and it’s fun to see you focus on a moving toy and grab it.
You are very mellow. You talk and scream at us when you’re hungry or tired.
You are getting so big! At your 4 month appointment you were already 5.9 kilos. You were so tough our princess during your 4 month shots and barely cried. Brave girl!
You have several nicknames… your daddy and I call you “Princess Isabelle a lot because you are daddy’s little princess. Your kuya Inigo is calling you “besh” while Kuya Angelo still calling you “kutchi-kuychi baby”.
You are so squishy, adorable and we love you so much!
Daddy A, Mommy, Kuya Angelo and Kuya Inigo
There is just something about your smile. . . seriously, my princess, you have the most infectious, beautiful smile. It warms my heart when you look at me and squish your beautiful eyes and grin.
You are so special to me and already our bond has grown tremendously. I am so proud to be your mommy. You are a good baby and I am thankful every single day that I get the extraordinary blessing of watching you grow up. I hope no matter what happens to me, for the rest of your life you know how much I love you! It’s endless.
Happy 5 months old #princessisabelle!
A quick post to share with you how beautiful our little princess is.

To say that we had fun is understatement! In fact Princess Isabelle is so comfortable with the camera.
Isabelle is wearing Monsoon dress and flower headress. She’s so adorable! Then we changed her outfit again with gray Gap tutu dress and pink tiara. That makes her looked like a real princess. We also did a diaper shot with crochet bonnet only. And she’s so charming!
She’s smiling, laughing and jolly the whole session.
The photographer’s style is clean, bright and cheery with a touch of vibrant thrown in. I love color and vibrant images.
I can’t wait to our viewing schedule which is on June 17. I’m sure I will be swooning over so many gorgeous images.
Dear Isabelle… You’re 4 months old!
My mellow, smiley little princess. . . you are 4 months old!
Every morning, I wake up and the first thing I do is turn to my right to stare at you. You always wake up with a big, happy smile and I am immediately filled with so much gratitude and joy to have you in my life. I hope you always wake up happy and ready to start another day.
Our adventure with you has been so much fun this month. You started giggling!! The first time was when I asked “who is our little princess?!” and from there all we have to do is tickle you or tell you funny stories. You’ve really started developing more of your personality traits. You’ve become pretty mellow and comfortable in your own little body – you’re easy to entertain and love watching your big brothers play around you. You’ve gotten really good at grabbing things and putting everything in your mouth!! You seem to especially like your fingers and will chew on them every time you figure out to put them inside your mouth.
You’re still best sleeper and I’m glad we have a good routine. Right now you are waking up 2-3 times in the middle of the night.
I feel very blessed to be breastfeeding you. You are still eating very well – usually every 2-3 hours during the day. You do take a bottle of pumped milk well if I am not home.
I love seeing your little body during bath time. You are almost growing out of our infant tub… you love to kick and splash during bath time and water typically goes everywhere. Bath time is still one of your favorite times of the day, I think.
You seem to enjoy laying on your back and batting at toys. Your neck has gotten much stronger and you’re able to hold your head up high and look forward. You have started rolling from your tummy to your back, but you don’t always remember how to do it.
You are talking a lot more – babbling at us and screaming with happiness, too. You are very vocal. You have the most adorable gummy smile. Sometimes while I am away from you if I think about that smile I feel immediately happy – it is just so electric and joyous.
I can’t possibly put into words the depth of this love I have for you, my princess. You have really opened up a special place in my heart and I am just so grateful for you.
You make me so proud. I am always a little sad to write these letters to you because I know time is passing at an impossible pace.
I am doing everything I can to just savor this time. We spend a few minutes each day staring at each other and I hope you are feeling this love.
