Dear Princess Isabelle… You’re 5 months old!
My sweet, smiley, squishy little girl . . . I simply can’t believe it. You are changing so much every day, giggling lots, always full of smiles and very laid back. You love watching your surroundings, especially your brother, and being held & snuggled.
This month you have really discovered how funny it is seeing yourself in the mirror. It cracks me up when we are playing and hearing your laughters. Your neck muscles have really strengthened and you like to be on your tummy, especially when you are sleeping.
You are putting everything in your mouth. Toys, blankets, anything you can grab and especially your fingers. It seems to soothe you when you can stick those tiny fingers in your mouth and suck on them that’s why I bought Sophie to minimize eating your fingers.
You have gotten really good at purposely grabbing toys and items and it’s fun to see you focus on a moving toy and grab it.
You are very mellow. You talk and scream at us when you’re hungry or tired.
You are getting so big! At your 4 month appointment you were already 5.9 kilos. You were so tough our princess during your 4 month shots and barely cried. Brave girl!
You have several nicknames… your daddy and I call you “Princess Isabelle a lot because you are daddy’s little princess. Your kuya Inigo is calling you “besh” while Kuya Angelo still calling you “kutchi-kuychi baby”.
You are so squishy, adorable and we love you so much!

There is just something about your smile. . . seriously, my princess, you have the most infectious, beautiful smile. It warms my heart when you look at me and squish your beautiful eyes and grin.
You are so special to me and already our bond has grown tremendously. I am so proud to be your mommy. You are a good baby and I am thankful every single day that I get the extraordinary blessing of watching you grow up. I hope no matter what happens to me, for the rest of your life you know how much I love you! It’s endless.
Happy 5 months old #princessisabelle!
Dear Isabelle… You’re 4 months old!
My mellow, smiley little princess. . . you are 4 months old!
Every morning, I wake up and the first thing I do is turn to my right to stare at you. You always wake up with a big, happy smile and I am immediately filled with so much gratitude and joy to have you in my life. I hope you always wake up happy and ready to start another day.
Our adventure with you has been so much fun this month. You started giggling!! The first time was when I asked “who is our little princess?!” and from there all we have to do is tickle you or tell you funny stories. You’ve really started developing more of your personality traits. You’ve become pretty mellow and comfortable in your own little body – you’re easy to entertain and love watching your big brothers play around you. You’ve gotten really good at grabbing things and putting everything in your mouth!! You seem to especially like your fingers and will chew on them every time you figure out to put them inside your mouth.
You’re still best sleeper and I’m glad we have a good routine. Right now you are waking up 2-3 times in the middle of the night.
I feel very blessed to be breastfeeding you. You are still eating very well – usually every 2-3 hours during the day. You do take a bottle of pumped milk well if I am not home.
I love seeing your little body during bath time. You are almost growing out of our infant tub… you love to kick and splash during bath time and water typically goes everywhere. Bath time is still one of your favorite times of the day, I think.
You seem to enjoy laying on your back and batting at toys. Your neck has gotten much stronger and you’re able to hold your head up high and look forward. You have started rolling from your tummy to your back, but you don’t always remember how to do it.
You are talking a lot more – babbling at us and screaming with happiness, too. You are very vocal. You have the most adorable gummy smile. Sometimes while I am away from you if I think about that smile I feel immediately happy – it is just so electric and joyous.
Sorry little princess but you really look lovely even when you are crying..
How did you do that? Same facial expression for three consecutive months? Hehe..
3 months old! I can’t believe it. This month has been filled with lots of smiles – big, open mouth, squishy eyed smiles. Some of my favorite smiles in the whole world. You’ve started to really take in the world around you and like to be walked around so you can see everything. You’ve also become more comfortable with your surroundings and your ‘fussy moment ‘is lessen.
A couple weeks ago, you started discovering your hands and batting at objects. In the morning you love sitting on the swing with toys on it and you have really started eyeing the toys, grabbing at them, and swatting them. You also love staring at books and toys while sitting inside the toy room as well. Your favorite book is Angelina Ballerina.
When you grow up and wanted to enroll in Ballerina class, I will be willing to come and watch you doing the curtsy. Can’t wait seeing you performing on the stage.
Sleeping time has never been a problem even from the start that you were born. You established your routine now and you are already in bed at 5:30 pm and will wake up at 5am in between of course mommy is still nursing you. I am so proud that for three months i am still exclusively breastfeeding you. The golden milk helps you a lot in giving you strong immunization. You never tasted vitamins except for Vit D which is necessary for your bones since the sun here is not recommended for babies.
I am amazed how you love the water and taking a bath now is so much fun. No more crying and screaming blues. Yay thank God!
You and your brothers are starting to interact a little more, you love to look and watching them playing. You are such a happy baby and it is so much fun to see you grow and change so much each month.
It always melts my heart every time I heard you giggling while your daddy is playing with you. You are very snuggly and love being held. In fact when I can’t pacify you it was your daddy’s arm and lullaby comforts you.
Today, I prepared Baked Macaroni and Open Face Crispy Chicken for dinner. Kuya Angelo helped me to bake the Funfetti cupcakes.
I love you my sweet, pretty adorable little princess.
