Our family loved the buchi from chowking but we are too lazy to go out. Instead yesterday, I tried making buchi for the first time.
For those wondering what buchi is. Buchi is a sweetened mongo beans are deliciously wrapped in glutinous rice flour and deep fried. This is popular merienda in our country.
I made everything from scratch and I was able to make 20 pieces of buchi…and now, they’re all gone!
I can’t share the recipe kasi I didn’t get the result that I was hoping but hubby said that it was delicious. I’ll try to make it again and if everything works fine, I’ll definitely blog it again.
