Cook’s Nook – Beef and Pork Nilaga

The weather has been very cold lately. And in times like this, you just want to have a hot soup and some chunks of meat and vegetables to go with the hot steamed rice.
Pork Nilaga is one of the staples in our table because of the rich broth gives the dish a full and flavourful taste.

Nilaga is so easy to cook, really.With all the basic ingredients like pork or beef, potatoes, pechay, carrots or corn if you like then you’re ready to give it a try.
