Baked Herb Chicken Thighs

I made these right after I have stash of fresh herbs.I think it would be better to used them for chicken dish.

Fried Chicken dishes are without doubt, Filipino favorites. But in this recipe, I go for a healthy version by baking them and adding orange juice. It’s a surprisingly surereal dish.Best for dinner or lunch while enjoying the tantalising flavor of herbs.

Sure you have your classic chicken recipe but for a weekend treat this dining experience should not be missed.

Put the chicken in a bowl. Rub the allioli all over, including under the skin. And add 1 tablespoon of orange juice. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours

Heat the oven to 425°F and set an oven rack in the middle of the oven. Top each slice with a piece of lemon. Bake until the skin is golden and the juices are clear, 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Best paired with steamed rice and brownies!! I liked it more with my homemade butter..

Happy Healthy Living!!
